                • February 2014: We have been awarded a Royal Society Research Grant to investigate the coupling of nanoscale quantum emitters to photonic structures, with the aim of unveiling fundamental physics phenomena and realize novel solid-state single-photon devices.

          • January 2014: We have been awarded, together with Prof. David Smith, and Dr Kartik Srinivasan, a Zepler Institute Research Collaboration Stimulus Fund to investigate silicon-based optical cavities for the efficient extraction of single-photons, for quantum information technology applications.
